The KD-500 mud water treatment system adopts a modular structure design. The system consists of a coarse vibrating screen module, a sand and mud removal module, a raw slurry tank group, and a slurry supply tank group. The coarse vibrating screen module is equipped with a coarse screen mesh for removing large particles, and the sand and mud removal module is equipped with two sand removal cyclones, eight mud removal cyclones, and a fine vibrating screen. The fine vibrating screen is designed with a double-layer screen mesh, which is the underflow screen of the sand removal and mud removal cyclones.
