Centrifuge Model: DC355-VFD

Centrifuge Type: High speed, variable frequency drive (VFD) drilling decanter centrifuge, with continuously adjustable speed range from 0 to 3200RPM. The customer can get lower speed, middle speed and high speed for different application.
 

Centrifuge production material: The main part material including bowl used of SS321. And the propeller and discharge hole is also used of tungsten carbide. This can make the centrifuge working well in a long period, stand wear and tear.

Centrifuge control panel: Positive Pressurized PLC plus VFD control panel with button operation instead of the touch screen which is customized for client.

A VFD ( Variable Frequency Drive ) module monitors and controls both the main and back electric drives. The operator can manage bowl and scroll speeds via all kinds of buttons that also displays input from the various sensors, including temperature, current, rotational speed and vibration.

Screw Pump is an ideal pump used to feed drilling fluids to decanter centrifuge since drilling fluids is pushed to proceed along axial direction evenly. Therefore, the inner flow speed is kept low, volume unchanged and pressure stable so that vortex and agitation are prevented. Screw Pump is useful for wet mud drilling waste management and cuttings transportation.
