Shear pump function
1. Shear pump can greatly improve the hydration of soil particles.
The dispersion and hydration degree of earth-moving particles in water depend on: electrolyte content, time, temperature, amount and concentration of surface substitutable cation. Under the same conditions, the use of shear pump can save bentonite by more than 30%.
2. Shear pump can make the polymer shear dilution and hydration as soon as possible.
The polymer used in the mud has a higher molecular weight, so it is not easy to hydrate when added directly. Shear pump can provide high shear efficiency, speed up the dilution, hydration process of polymer.
3. Shear pump can provide high displacement and head, which can meet the requirements of preparation and treatment of mud.
